Advanced Strategies Adventures Carp Tournament
Wild Carp Companies hosted a single day Carp tournament in May 2010 to benefit
Advanced Strategies Adventures (ASA) of Syracuse, NY. ASA provides hunting
and fishing excursions for individuals with disabilities and can be found
online at www.advancedstrategiesadventures.org.
The event featured single anglers competing in Pro, Amateur and Kids classes
and drew over 50 anglers from Central New York. The tournament was able to raise
over $700 for ASA while also providing several cash and merchandise prizes for
our competitors.
A special thanks goes to Karen and Duke Strache for allowing use of their private
property for this event.
Prizes were awarded for Big 4 Carp, Big Carp, Longest Carp and Big Catfish in
each division. Unfortunately, there were no winners in the kids division.
